Family Friendly Audience Interaction Relaxed Performances
Please arrive by 2:15pm wearing loose, comfortable clothing such as a tracksuit or gi for the start of the Shin Shin Toitsu Do (Japanese yoga) session at 2:30pm where you will learn unification of mind and body, natural movement, meditation and breathing.
At 3:30pm SST Aikido workshop applying Ki principles for harmonious self defense applications, health and self-development.
From 4:30 to 5:00pm there will be a Ki & Aikido demonstration/Q&A session.
