A Free Public Talk followed by Q&A and a discussion
6.30-8.30pm Tuesday 26th April at Sussex Downs College, Mountfield Road, Lewes, BN7 2XH
The 2016 Peace Proposal is a unique roadmap for achieving a peaceful world. It was originally presented to the United Nations in January by Daisaku Ikeda, President of global Buddhist organisation, SGI International.  It focusses on nuclear weapons, refugees and climate change, addressing the solutions for each from a standpoint of humanity.

Robert HarrapGeneral Director of SGI-UK, a socially-engaged Buddhist movement, will introduce and discuss the Peace Proposal. More about the proposal here. What you hear may surprise you…

And there will be time for a Q&A session too about the Peace proposal and Nichiren Buddhism in general.

This event is organised by local members of SGI-UK.
