Join this free walk to explore Whitehawk Hill and the Racehill Community Orchard in Autumn, led by Brighton & Hove City Council Ranger Paul Gorringe. We will be looking at late-summer wildlife, life cycles and hibernation, plants, butterflies and other invertebrates, birds and early autumnal fungi – whatever we spot on the day! Everyone is welcome.
Meet outside City Academy Whitehawk on Whitehawk Road (see map)
You will need to bring sturdy shoes and tough trousers. The route will include some hills and rough ground.
