Inspired by the IWW poetry, local poets, Brighton’s history and your own ideas and memories the workshop will explore an artistic response to war. Resident poet and artistic director will lead creative writing exercises that stimulate the imagination and result in work that touches the heart and head.
These exceptional workshops are running in parallel with the must-see play Not About Heroes being presented at the Unitarian Church, Brighton from Sept 11 – 13th. “Sterling performances, see it for poetry in action, you will not be disappointed”
The workshop is free but spaces are limited so please book early to avoid disappointment.
