Tour of The Keep Archives
Discover more about The Keep with a behind-the-scenes tour of the building, including the conservation studio and the repository stores where the documents are housed. The tours are open to anyone.
The University of Sussex Special Collections is now housed at The Keep, including the Mass Observation Archive, which was all previously held in the library. Anyone may register to become a user of The Keep free of charge and access the archive collections that are held here. These include papers of Virginia Woolf and Rudyard Kipling, to local records and documents from Brighton and East Sussex. A tour of the building will provide users with a behind-the-scenes understanding of the work that takes place at The Keep.
Tours are free but booking is essential. Limited to 10 places per tour.
