Many of the Indian soldiers who served and were wounded on the Western Front were treated in hospitals in England, including at Brighton. This lecture recovers Indian war experiences and the emotional world of Indian sepoys by examining objects, images, traces and whispers.
This is an open public lecture and everyone is welcome to attend, but we do ask that you book your place as numbers are limited.
