Self Health Drawing for Relaxation
Note this course is part of the Self Health programme, a series of free courses for people experiencing mild to moderate mental health challenges.
Come along and get started drawing in a relaxed and non-pressured environment. This course will teach you some basic drawing skills. We will use a range of drawing materials including pencil, charcoal, pens and try a variety of exercises designed to develop confidence in your own ability, and most importantly, to discover the joy to be had in drawing.
