Note this course is part of the Self Health programme, a series of free courses for people experiencing mild to moderate mental health challenges.
This stand-alone workshop will introduce you to improvised comedy through a series of games that are designed to be fun, fun, fun! You do not need to think yourself quick, clever or funny to attend – we will show you how you are already all of these things! You will be performing in front of other group members in a safe environment, so a willingness to get up and perform is a must!
