INTRODUCTION TO MINDFULNESS – A WELLBEING GROUP FOR WOMEN
This 4-week group starts on Tuesday 17th November. It will provide women with the opportunity to learn mindfulness skills and practices and to discover ways to apply mindfulness to their daily lives.
* Dates: Tuesdays 17 & 24 November and 1 & 8 December

Facilitated by Sue Boyer, a Wellbeing Practitioner (Counsellor). Sue is a qualified, experienced counsellor.
