Managing your Anxiety – Wellbeing Group for Women.
This free group is organised by Brighton Housing Trust Mental Health & Wellbeing Services.
The group will start on 19th May, to run on Tuesdays for 6 weeks, from 11.00am – 12.30pm.
The group provides a safe space to support people to:
– understand your anxiety
– recognise early signs of anxiety
– find ways to reduce and cope with your anxiety
– manage feelings and uncertainty
