In our increasingly complex and busy lives we can end up feeling overwhelmed, stressed, or anxious. We cannot eliminate stress from our lives, but we can learn how to deal more effectively with it and reduce the impact that it can have.
During this course you will learn a variety of skills and strategies including relaxation/mindfulness techniques, assertive communication, untwisting negative thinking, time management, and lifestyle changes. The course will aim to be fun and supportive as well as informative, and hopefully life-changing!
