Family Shape Up

Family Shape Up is a free 12-week healthy lifestyle group programme for 6-13 year olds who are above their ideal weight. Each child needs to be accompanied by an adult family member and siblings are welcome to join in too!

We guide and help your family learn about healthy eating through fun activities and offer practical tips on topics such as eating well, food portion sizes and building healthier habits.

Friendly activity leaders are there to support and encourage the children to join in with games and promote physical activity in a fun and safe environment.
