Introduction and keynote speech from Caroline Lucas – MP for Brighton Pavilion
Paul Allen, from the Centre for Alternative Technologies (CAT), is a contributing author to the Zero Carbon Britain report. Together with Kit Jones, Communications Officer, they will discuss CAT’s flagship research project showing that a modern, zero emissions society is possible using technology available today.
Working group roundtables will be hosted by local leaders in the area of four key themes, Energy, Food, Housing and Transport.
Food and drink will be provided. The event will be followed by networking with drinks and nibbles with an opportunity to meet individuals who are creating the transition from fossil fuels links to share best practice across the community.
