Women’s DIY workshop: Get to know your drill – tips, tricks and bits

If you would like to gain confidence in using drills in an all women group, this is for you.
Bring your drill or drill driver and any drill bits you have/ want to identify.
By the end of the session you will:
· Know the difference between drills and drill drivers
· Know how to identify drill bits for different materials ie wood and stone
· Have looked at different types of screws and fixings
· Have had a chance to try out drilling and screwing
· Have had a go at some practical exercises to improve your competence
