Wellbeing in Nature course
Course runs over 8 Thursdays from 19 May to 7 July 2016 (10am to 5pm)
Spending time out in nature can improve your mood, confidence, relaxation, motivation, energy levels & sense of connection.
The Grow Project is free & offers you the chance to enjoy heart-warming days out in nature – learning about its wellbeing benefits and how to bring them in to your everyday life, and introducing you to a variety of different nature based organisations and activities – including guided walks, shepherding, conservation tasks & National Trust property visits.
