explores the theory of knowledge, especially with regard to its methods, validity, and scope, and the distinction between justified belief and opinion.
Metaphysics is the branch of philosophy that deals with the first principles of things, including abstract concepts such as being, knowing, identity, time, and space.
This 10-week module is part of our degree-level course in Philosophy. However it can also be taken as a stand-alone course. You don’t need any previous knowledge to join this module.
