Are you new to social media? Do you want to understand the ins and outs of promoting your work on Facebook and Twitter, but are not sure where to start?social media for beginners

This 2 hour workshop will provide you with an introduction to social media and an overview of the available platforms. Suitable for complete beginners, the workshop will explain how to set up accounts, participate in online communities and promote your work, particularly using Facebook and Twitter.

  • Please note: You MUST have a general understanding of computers to attend this workshop (if you are unsure if you are suitable for the course please contact the tutor via Creative Future).
  • Please note that in order to fully participate with this course you you must have an email account set up and know how to access this account.
  • Please bring digital files of your artwork/writing to upload
