Private Sector Tenants Resistance Event

Are you a private renter in Brighton & Hove? Fed up with high rents, poorly maintained accommodation or insecure tenancies? If so, you may be interested in this open discussion event about the problems facing tenants and possible collective action and support.

This event has been organised by Brighton Tenants Union, The People’s Assembly, Global Justice Now and the Living Rent campaign.

We will also show the Si Se Puede film, about resistance to evictions in Spain.

We would like to create a sociable atmosphere so would invite everyone to bring food to share. We will be able to use the café space at the Friends Meeting House too.
