HOW DOES THE MEDIA INFLUENCE OUR THINKING?

Philosophy in Pubs (PIP) are a group of people who enjoy discussing their ideas and thoughts and learning from each other. No academic or formal background is necessary only a passion for enquiry.
Currently, we meet on the second Sunday of each month, 7pm at the Palmeira pub, Cromwell Road, Hove, although from January 2017, this will change to the THIRD Sunday of each month – regulars please note. Normally around 30 – 50 people attend. Groups consist of no more than 10 people and include a facilitator. The idea is for people to engage in dialogue without the constraints of a meeting agenda.
