NHS Privatisation – how come we don’t know?

Sceptical about the Government response to the Covid-19 pandemic? Concerned what has been happening to the NHS? This is your chance to find out what has really been going on, to ask those questions which won’t be answered elsewhere, to share your ideas and thoughts with others.

Government exploitation of the crisis for its own ends is mind-boggling. Contracts for the Nightingale hospitals, provision of PPE various versions of tracking and testing arrangements have been handed out wholesale to private sector companies and with usual fail-safe arrangements suspended. Some of those contracts have gone disastrously wrong with little or no publicity.

This second session is a follow on from the first and focuses on the NHS Test & Trace service, the NHS Test & Trace app and the digitisation of the NHS.

For all those who care what is happening to our NHS and the erosion of our democracy. Different viewpoints are welcome.

The workshop will be presented by Megan from Free University Brighton working in partnership with Sussex Defend the NHS.
