Grow is celebrating 5 years of providing innovative evidence-based courses in partnership with The National Trust. Offering you the chance to enjoy heart-warming days out in nature: learning about its wellbeing benefits and how to bring them in to your everyday life & introducing you to a variety of nature based organisations and activities – including guided walks, shepherding, mindfulness, picnics, conservation tasks & National Trust property visits.
