MindOut is offering an 8 Week FREE Mindfulness Course, run for and by LGBTQ people with lived experience of mental health issues.

Do you experience stress, anxiety or unhappiness?
Would you like to learn to become calmer and kinder to yourself and others?

Mindfulness based cognitive therapy meditation has been proven to help people deal with stress, anxiety, depression and chronic pain.

This 8 week course will run on Mondays 4.30-6.30pm starting September 14th 2015
