Free Mindful Ki & Aikido Taster Sessions
at Brighton Ki Centre
Please arrive by 9:45am wearing loose, comfortable clothing such as a tracksuit or gi for the start of the Shin Shin Toitsu Do (Japanese Yoga) session at 10am where you will learn unification of mind and body, natural movement, meditation and breathing. At 11am SST Aikido workshop applying Ki principles for harmonious self defense applications, health and self-development. From 12 to 12:30 there will be a Ki & Aikido demonstration/Q&A session.
