Celebrate London Road Station
Celebrate 150 years of Brighton to Seaford railway line at London Road Station.
Exhibition on LRS and local area history from 10am. Station picnic (bring lunch to share) from midday. Visit award-winning station community garden and join ‘pick and cook’ cookery demonstration at around 1pm.
Guided walk of the area’s railway heritage around 2pm. And lots more – music, planting, chat, fun. Similar events happening at stations up and down the line!
