Happiness and mindful creativity
The course explores a range of topics that help us identify what thoughts, actions and choices lead to happier living.
We will be combining a range of creative activities with mindfulness and the group will have an opportunity to explore their art medium of choice with the others in the group. We will be improving and adding to our skills in a relaxed and friendly environment with lots of opportunity to have fun and learning to be in the moment. No previous experience of art necessary.
