Grow course
Being out in nature really benefits wellbeing – it’s been shown to improve mood, self-esteem, motivation, energy & give a sense of connection and meaning.
The Grow Project runs 8-week closed groups (with follow-on days afterwards) in a friendly & supportive environment, so you can connect with nature in magical Sussex countryside.
From gentle activities like mindfulness, picnics, creativity, wild-food foraging, tea & chat; to more physical activities with The National Trust like conservation, guided nature walks, shepherding & woodworking.
All activities are optional & designed to suit varying moods / energy-levels.
Grow is free, including lunch and minibus transport from Brighton.
Grow is designed for people who’ve experienced (or feel they’re at risk of) depression, anxiety & other mild to moderate mental health issues.

The next 8-week Season runs on Thursdays from May 21st – July 9th. You can contact us on info@growingwellbeing.org.uk or 07557 501557.
