The money system affects all of us, but we’re not taught about it in school. Economists confuse us with jargon and maths, rarely stopping to explain how banks work, where money comes from or how the system came to be the way it is. This facilitated discussion will explore how the money system works and why we have economic booms and depressions.
The session will be led by Michael Hamilton who has a Masters Degree in Global Political Economy.
