Creating a Sketch Book
This course is part of the Self Health programme of free courses for people experiencing mild to moderate mental health challenges.
Learn how drawing, collage, lettering and photography can be used to create your own exciting sketchbook. Overcome that dreaded fear of white pages with different techniques and practical demonstrations given every week. There will be trips out to local museums, the beach, local cafes and gardens to practice your newfound skills. All materials will be provided.
