Confidence Building Workshop.
Would you like to feel more confident and boost your self esteem? This workshop will help you manage a range of situations and other people. You will develop your strengths, learn how to use positive thinking and assertiveness techniques and learn to manage setbacks to your confidence and self-esteem. Those that complete this workshop will be offered a place on a follow-on half day workshop this term called Career Builder – Coping with Stress Resilience.
