Thursdays 10am – 3.30pm Starting 14 May (5 weeks)
Improve communication skills and how you feel about yourself. Gain new confidence that enables you to take the steps you need to get back into work, volunteering or learning. Overcome hurdles and bring more peace, mindfulness, awareness and well-being into your everyday life.
FREE – Lunch provided. No break for half term.
