Improve your communication skills and how you feel about yourself. Gain new confidence that enables you to take the steps you need to get back into work, volunteering or learning. Overcome hurdles and bring more peace, mindfulness and awareness into your everyday life. Get one to one support from a peer mentor to improve your mental wellbeing.
