This course will introduce techniques for positive self talk, mindfulness and improving self esteem, understanding the links between food and mood and the importance of self nurture.
Learn new skills to reduce stress and share your experiences with others in a supportive and informal atmosphere. The course will run for 3 sessions on Thursday mornings – 7, 14 & 21 March.
