Build Your Confidence
Would you like to feel more confident and increase your self-esteem? This course will develop your ability to manage a range of situations and other people. You will identify your strengths, learn how to use positive thinking and assertiveness techniques and learn to manage setbacks to your confidence and self-esteem.
Wednesdays 7-9pm from 15 June to 6 July 2016
This course is part of the Self Health programme of courses for people with mild to moderate mental health challenges.
