Brighton Climate Action Network Event
The Brighton Climate Action Network are bringing together local people and groups who are committed to taking action to prevent a climate catastrophe.
“Help shape our climate action plans for November & December as we build toward the crucial international COP-21 climate conference in Paris:
1. ‘Time to Act Week’ 16th to 22nd November – a week of public meetings, screenings, exhibitions, workshops and other climate-focused events.
2. Mobilising for the People’s March for Climate Justice & Jobs – London, Sun 29th November
3. Supporting the ‘Time to Cycle’ UK bike train from London, via Brighton to Paris. Arriving Brighton Sunday 6th December, hosting cyclists, then bike train to Newhaven on Monday 7th December. Converging with other rides in Paris for mass international demonstration on Saturday 12 December.
4. Keeping up the pressure…beyond Paris!
