Basic IT
Would you like to improve your computer skills? This half day training is for people who know they have gaps in their IT knowledge that they would like to work on. On the course participants will explore different programmes and tools to getting online and feeling better about using computers. The session will include:
· Getting to grips with Microsoft office
· Top tips for email
· Gaining confidence online
This course will be basic so is suitable for complete beginners or those who have got rusty. There will be plenty of time to ask questions.
We will try to tailor the day to cover what you need support with.
