Alternative Economics: A Critique of Political Economy
Participants will explore the question of value, its forms, production, circulation and consumption arising out of familiar and immediate experience. For example, investigating the expressions of credit through reference to Wonga, home loans and the Greek crisis. Or expressions of money through specie, LETS currencies and derivatives.
