Allotment gardening
Brighton Unemployed Centre Families Project run a weekly Allotment Gardening session on Mondays at their Walpole Road Allotment site.
Please note: Due to current ongoing situation with Covid -19 these allotment sessions will change. In order to keep volunteers safe and comply with the government guidelines on social distancing they will be offering sessions by appointment only.
The sessions will still take place on a Monday – but we have extended the times from 10am – 4pm, in 1 1/2 hour blocks (10-11.30, 11.30-1pm, 1-2.30pm, 2.30-4pm). You will be met at the gate at a safe distance at the agreed time. Unfortunately we will not be able to offer refreshments at this time, so please bring a drink of water with you.
