A workshop celebrating and demonstrating fun, playful ways we can bring more happiness into our lives. If we get too serious about the business of happiness, we can end up missing the point. By lightening up and treating life more like a game, we enjoy it more, and so we raise our level happiness.The evening will explore simple, fun ways to use the ten proven keys to happiness which are a core part of Action for Happiness’s message.
Joshua French is teacher, writer and drama facilitator. Over the last few years, he has been taking action to create more happiness in the classroom and in life in general. He particularly loves finding and sharing ways to see life as a game and the world as a playground.
