Depression and Anxiety Workshop
A workshop for LGBTQ people to share experiences of depression and anxiety, talk about wellbeing and share strategies that might help.

Managing Stressful Lives Workshop
A workshop for LGBTQ people to explore stress, talk about building resilience and explore ways to look after their wellbeing.
Saturday July 2nd
11am – 3pm in central Brighton
Mindfulness
A Workshop for LGBTQ people to learn ways to bring Mindfulness Practise more fully into our lives, help deal with stress and anxiety, and promote wellbeing.
