A public meeting – the first in a series – to mark the start of voting in a citywide referendum organised by Brighton & Hove Independent.

The refetendum is aimed at enabling citizens to have their say about the city council budget, how to bridge the £26 million funding gap, and how to re-think council services and/or priorities.
