Care Co-ops’ Big Fig catering project is recruiting learners for their next course starting on 9th June.
This free four week course is aimed at unemployed people who are interested in starting a career in catering. Participants will learn kitchen skills,
gain practical kitchen experience and have the opportunity to achieve the City and Guilds Level 2 Award in Food Safety, and City and Guilds Level 1
Award in Introduction to the Hospitality Industry qualifications.
