Women’s Drop In
A safe place for women to meet, get support and receive information to help the to feel empowered in their lives. The sessions are friendly and informal and are staffed by trained workers and volunteers.
It’s a chance to meet other women in a safe, relaxed environment, to talk through issues and problems confidentially. The group have been able to support women with a range of issues including depression, anxiety, eating disorders, money worries, relationships, parenting, isolation and abuse.
Venue is fully accessible.
