Masters students from the Politics of Gender within the Institute of Development Studies on the Sussex University campus will be presenting a series of emerging research topics which seek to offer insights into the gendered nature of power, governance, and politics. Presenters will discuss the inherently gendered nature of institutions and political spaces, and how these affect individual’s participation in informal and formal political spaces. A range of refreshments will be provided throughout the event.
