Do you find it difficult to take criticism – or to give it?
Do you ever say yes and wish you had said no?
In these two sessions we will discuss why we behave this way and look at ways to change these patterns of behaviour.
Facilitator Sue Hadfield has taught assertiveness in schools, community centres, colleges and universities for more than twenty years. She is the author of Change one Thing and Brilliant Positive Thinking and co-author of Bounce and How to be Assertive.
