Freegree Induction Events
Would you like to have a degree-level education but can’t afford thousands of pounds in university tuition fees? We can help! Free University Brighton offers FREE degree-level courses in Social Science, Philosophy and Feminism, Gender & Sexuality. As well as being completely free, these courses are part time and open to anyone. You don’t need A levels or GCSE’s, just an interest in the world and a willingness to learn.

For new students, we have a series of induction events where you can find out more about the courses, how FUB works and what support you can expect. It’s important if you wish to study with us that you attend one of the induction events. You can also sign up at the same time.
The events are (choose only one):
7-9pm Monday 16th September, 2019
7-9pm Wednesday 18th September, 2019
2-4pm Saturday 21st September, 2019
All events take place in Brighton & Hove City Council’s Learning Centre in the City Clean Depot, Upper Hollingdean Road, Brighton BN1 7GA.
Note: The depot is located opposite the Hollingbury Pub. Come in through the main gates, sign in at the Reception port-a-cabin, then go into the learning centre which is situated on the right just inside the entrance gates. Number 50 bus stops outside. In the depot, there are a limited number of parking spaces for those with Blue Badge permits.
