Drawing for Relaxation
This is a free, 6 week ‘Self Health’ course for anyone with mild to moderate mental health challenges.
Come along and get started drawing in a relaxed and non-pressured environment. This course will teach you some basic drawing skills. We will use a range of drawing materials
including pencil, charcoal, pens and try a variety of exercises designed to develop confidence in your own ability, and most importantly, to discover the joy to be had in drawing.
‘Self Health’ is part of a government funded National Adult Education Mental Health Research Project. As part of this project we are delivering free courses in a range of subjects
and measuring their impact on the mental wellbeing of those with mild to moderate mental health challenges.
