Creative Printmaking

This is a free, 6 week ‘Self Health’ course for anyone with mild to moderate mental health challenges.

Creativity is vital to wellbeing and printmaking offers an absorbing range of opportunities to experience. On this course you will be supported to learn and experiment with different types of printmaking including mono print and relief print techniques. Explore colour and add collage to create multi layered prints that reflect your own interests, thoughts or feelings. The aim of the course is to promote a positive and
fun atmosphere where participants can work in a safe and supportive environment.

‘Self Health’ is part of a government funded
National Adult Education Mental Health
Research Project. As part of this project we are
delivering free courses in a range of subjects
and measuring their impact on the mental
wellbeing of those with mild to moderate mental
health challenges.
