Come and make beautiful and functional buttons, beads and brooches using your own designs. Learn how to combine coloured clays and highly decorative glazes. Bring along anything that will make an interesting texture, an apron and a pen. Your work will be fired in the tutor’s kiln, ready to glaze during the course and to take home in the last session. An ideal course for complete beginners and those confident with using clay.
‘Self Health’ is part of a government funded National Adult Education Mental Health Research Project. As part of this project we are delivering free courses in a range of subjects
and measuring their impact on the mental wellbeing of those with mild to moderate mental health challenges.
