Chair Yoga is perfect for older people and those with a limited range of motion. It is also good for beginners who are new to yoga, those who have injuries and find floor exercises difficult, or those who wish to know how to use a chair to stretch while in the office, or on the go.
This is a drop-in class, no need to book.
Note that classes will only run during school terms, not during school holidays.
