The Bin Cooking project is a collaboration between Free University Brighton and The Bevy Community Pub.
The course aims to educate individuals around food waste and how to better manage with it by becoming more confident with cooking and forward planning meals.
The average family can save up to £60 a month by cutting down their food waste at home. The project aims to use surplus food from Brighton and Hove food retailers, which inevitably will vary and add a creative element to each cooking workshop.
Places are free but limited so please ensure you book to guarantee a place.
